Free Credit Report.com Charged for membership for 24.95 and never really got the credit report and not able to contact to cancel

I was charged 24.95 with mention of Info. FreeCredit and not sure how to contact to get it canceled as can't find much detail except mention of RipOff for the contact mention

I would like to know how to contact to ask to refund the amount as I never even accessed a credit report from them.
