Complaint / Review
Imperial Majesty Cruise / Florida 333
Promotions - RUDE-A

These people are rude complete scammers. They have a dubious way of doing business. They call 2-8 times per week soliciting on elderly people.
When you call them back 954 351 0087 they are so dubious they do not even answer the phone with a business name. They are located in florida and have hurt many people. They violate telecommunications laws. The people that answer the phone there sound like they work for an escort service not that we have ever called on but they are extremely abusive.
They are not licensed to do what they are doing and avoid giving any contact information, they wont even tell you who is in charge. They constantly hang up on you when you call them and than accuse you of being the culprit! Their are many things filed here on them. Marcia is the girl who must work there because her name has been listed in numerous other complaints. Local authorities should be called and these people need to be shut down. A perfect example of what should be showcased on 60 minutes or 20-20. Here is just one of many stories found

As I read the stories of those who have been ripped off by Florida 333/ imperial majesty cruise lines, I am moved to tears because it's too late for me. On February 18 I got a call from a lady who called herself Marcia. She started out by saying she wanted to be the first to congratulate me for winning a draw for cruise line tickets that I had entered a few days before.

She claimed to be the senior travel co-coordinator ID #B19060. As the winner, she said I would receive a two day cruise to the Bahamas on a ship called the empress. On thiscruise she claimed I and a friend would eat 8 meals a day and have 24 hour room service. When I though the offer could not get any better she said she'd throw in a seven day stay at the Ritz in Florida and a trip to Disney world for 4 all for the price of $440.

I vaguely remembered entering a cruise but it all sounded too good to be true. I was a bit disturbed when I was told I had to pay the money upfront. I explained that I was a student and I didn't have $440 to pay but was told I had to pay upfront to reserve my ticket. Since I didn't have $440, the billing manager asked me to pay $118 which was for port fees to the Bahamas. After paying, I was told I had 18 months to use my tickets and that the tickets would be mailed to me in 14 days. I was told the conversation was recorded and served as a receipt and a guarantee against fraud.

All Lies, Lies and more lies. I pray the people who did this will not rest easily. Money made dubiously will go away quickly.
