I discovered a pending debit (MasterCard) charge to my checking account this evening (02-16-10) while reviewing my checking account charges. The company has no evening hour customer service. Their telephone nymber is 800-851-2651. They have numerous "invalid charge" complaints going back to 2006 and seem to have been in business in Illinois for many years. They appear to have no fear of prosecution by anyone. I am going to dispute their charge to my debit card tomorrow morning and intend to file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General tomorrow. I am also going to forward a complaint to their state representative in Congress and their state Senator. These people need to be put out of business. I am going to do all I can to report their business practices to their city officials and find out what type of business license they have in Schaumburg, Illinois.
