On 12-09-10 I discovered an unauthorized debit from our business account for $49.95 to UMG* Merchant Tech Solution on 12-07-10. Our bank researched the transaction and said it was to United Marketing Group at 800-653-6433. I called and asked how they got our checking account number and bank information but never got an answer. I was told it was authorized by one of our employees and gave the name... We didn't have anyone by the name that. The representative said it was for computer tech support, etc. Told her we have our own computer tech and would not have agreed to such a service. I asked that the charge be refunded. She said it would and gave me a confirmation number... We'll see.
