Maxwell, Turner and Associates contacted me looking for any bad debt that I might have. They could collect it for me better than anyone else.
I gave them 1, They did manage to get a partial payment from my debtor but they had me send them the check to preserve my claim.
I would have been better off keeping this payment, but I sent them some money so they could go after the balance. Now I'm out my partial payment and the money I sent them.
I have called for an update many times, but keep getting the run around. Just wait 30-45 more days.
