The mail received was sent to an 89 year old WWII vet whom I live with.in assisting him with his mail in a span of a week he received mail from the same company using different names but both letters wanted a sum of money to be sent to the same address. The mailer is designed for an elderly person to send money for the release of two sums of money. These mailers are designed to look as if he was the winner of a small fortune. On both displaying a dizzying array of numbers letters in approximately 5 to 6 fonts and font sizes. Colors are also used along with other very specific markers making the recipient all that much more excited about not reading what he or she is sending money for also misleading. There are time restraints throughout the document making it seem as though if this money is not sent out he or she will have passed up their chance to win. This is and will be presented to the postmaster as a direct mailer to the elderly to mis guide them in paying a small fee for something other than what they expect.
