Noticed a $40 charge on my visa credit card that I could not identify. Called the phone number listed with the charge from Debt2Wealth club. Did not authorize this charge and never heard of them. When I called, they agreed to remove the charge in 3-5 days. Will have to wait to see if that actually happens. My concern is how my credit card number was acquired. I suspect it was associated with an online order for a teeth whitening product (don't know company name for sure - Smilebright or SII), but immediately cancelled after finding out it was a rip-off. That company has refused to refund the shipping charges even though I cancelled immediately and product to my knowledge was never shipped. It is not safe to order anything online, it appears! Something needs to be done to prevent this type of fraudulent advertising to lure customers to order products that probably don't even exist.
