I have purchased cigarettes from company before. Two months ago, ordered cigarettes and have not received the products. I was told it might have been due to vacations and now being told they are investigating with post office. The packages never come with delivery confirmation, so they cannot verify anything. They said they would be changing shipping company in the future, but told a customer three months ago that they did change shipping companies. I am out $101.94. Please beware.
I found numerous complaints of the same occurences with people all over the US. You e-mail them 4 or 5 times and may or may not get a response. I requested a refund with no response. Others have filed complalints with econsumer. Gov and you can file with MARS an arbitration company. Since this is an ongoing occurence there seems that people are left high and dry out of cigarettes and money. Here is the information regarding company below.
