I originally ordered 3 cartons of cigarettes back in July. I contacted the company when the merchandise had not been received. They credited the account that they had set up for me, so I could order more cartons. I ordered the 3 replacement cartons in October and never received them. When I contacted the company again, about not receiving the merchandise, they simply told me to be patient that they would find out where my order was.

I have several other emails to them in the past few months and have received no communication or response from them. I would like to ensure that no one else is cheated by this company.
