I had ordered some collectors sets from "ncm". Before i received the order i checked sites like bullion.com and then realized how bad i was getting ripped off. "ncm" charges 12.00 dollars more for the exact same coin bullion.com does for a single coin.
I then contacted ups "before i. Even received the order and asked them to return it to the sender. They asked me the reason and i told them i found a website that i could buy the exact same coins for 50% of what "ncm" was charging. I then sent "ncm" 5 emails and asked for aknowledgement each time i sent one. I never recieved an aknowledgement for any of the emails they promise to answer within 24 hours. These people are liars and corrupt! Get this i have been blocked from their website! What are they hidding? So then i try calling, all and all circuits are always busy. I never rceived their product yet they refuse to refund my money.
Whom must i contact to help me with this? I am unemployed and can't afford this type of crimminal action. The stress it causes is overwhelming. Can someone please help?
