I had a deliquent account midland credit mgmt was handling. Gary (Thompson?) hard to understand last name, offered me a settlement, but refused to send me a letter confirming our agreement. Every time i called after that, I was transferred to him as soon as the new representative pulled up my account, even when I asked them NOT to transfer me to him. As it turns out, the settlement he offered me was not valid, hmmm.@ 8884036206, on 8875 aero drive san diego ca 92129, Mr. Gary (Thompson), the collection supervisor, is promising false settlements just to start colllecting from individuals, then will continue to do so, since there will be no proof of said agreement. I had to google a different office number to get someone to send me a letter of a settlement agreement, which was actually quite higher than what Gary offered, but at least I know its valid and I have proof now. Gary was also extremely abusive in language to me, once I asked to speak with a supervisor, he told me not to call again, treating me like I was harassing him. Yet his whole office had his back, transferring me to him time and again. I just wanted to pay my bill and have proof that we had an agreement, he would not accomadate me and yelled for the last 3 minutes of our phone call. How does a company expect anyone to pay a debt when they wont even listen to you?
