This place takes advantage of their customers and their owner, Paul Garcia, tries to hustle you out of money. You get a quote for your job, and there are always added fees when you check out. $80 for a proof, $90 as a "job fee." Absolute sticker-shock when it comes to this place. Originally I was quoted $20 for a face cut, then it became $40, this place is out of control.
I had 100 booklets done here that were promised to finish within a week, ended up taking over 3 weeks and not to mention, I never really got the books. I ended up taking mis-colored booklets at a discount because the machines kept malfunctioning. I still need to get them reprinted to their original condition. What kills me is I got a proof, and the end result looked nothing like it! I don't think this place has experience printing anything more than fliers and calendars, save your real artwork for a boutique shop or someplace than won't just run your project through the ringer without even comparing it to the proof. They try to wring your project through and they don't care about the quality of their work.
This place is full of crap, lies, and disgusting business behavior. The whole thing has been infuriating, Paul is incredibly rude to his customers and isn't even shy about ripping you off. Paul Garcia, is a horrendous manager, the worst I've EVER encountered. They have all these posters about how the customer is #1... It couldn't be further from the truth for this guy. Their manager is a downright dirtbag. He's sent harassing emails to his customers even after they ask him to stop.
With all the print shops to go to, don't know why anyone would ever go here. I won't be making that mistake ever again.
