If you are a mortgage broker or bank, DO NOT BUY LEADS FROM REFINANCE KANSAS CITY. I bought $200 worth of leads from them in 2009. After only 1 lead came through over the course of two months, they stated that they would refund the remaining $175 to me since they were unable to produce any leads. After it never showed up, they said that "it must have been lost in the mail" & that they would get a refund out to me ASAP. After nothing came through for another month, I found I couldn't get anyone at the office to returns my calls or emails. I filed a complaint against them with the BBB, which you can find on the BBB website since Refinace Kansas City never responded to the BBB's inquiry as well. Do not do business with them!? It's not a huge amount of money they stole, but it shows you these scum bags are in the business of screwing people & lying to their customers. DO NOT USE THEM, they will literally steal your money!
