I met Frank Oppong Allotey on Facebook in sommer 2009 and he introduced himself as a middle weight boxing champion (IBF & WBC) who has just signed a boxing contract with the legendary Don King to fight 4 times a year.
On facebook I saw him wearing 3 different championship belts inside a boxing gym and other pictures, I saw him standing in front of an SUV and other cars. He has made a lot of claims about himself and has suggested that, he's managed to buy some houses in Spain (Malaga) and in Ghana (Accra9 including a large hotel which is under construction and a very large villa. Generally, Frank has created the impression, that he's not just a rich man but a more time millionaire.
In telephone (0034.634066445,0034.672549491 or 0034.660674661) conversations with Frank in January this year, I informed him about my intention to send a laptop to my junior brother in Accra and explained the difficulties in send parcells to that country.
On January 13th he contacted me to inform me, that one of his boys (a pc specislist with a pc shop in Accra) would be flying to Accra on the 14th, so I should send him monies for the laptop so his friend could get my brother a very good one and deliver it to him (my brother) personally. He managed to convince me to transfer a 500.00 through Western Union to someone known as ABDULAI BABA SULEMANA in Spain. After the transfer, I sent him (Frank) an sms on his cellphone numbers to notify him of the transfer and in less than 30 minutes, the monies were cashed.

After receiving the monies, he has stopped calling me and all efforts to reach Frank is turning futile.instead, his girlfriend (Freda Bediako) was the one who responds to my eMails and messages on facebook. After threatening him early this week on facebook to make the case publick, he blocked me from having access to his facebook.
A london based lady (Olivia A) who read my threat, contacted me to let me know, that Frank and his girlfriend Freda Bediako have also robbed her of her 300.00 british pounds not long ago.
All I am seeking to do with this report is to expose Frank and Freda, cause them to refund my monies and have them arrested if possible, and to prevent them from robbing innocent people on the internet.
