I am being charged a $20 monthly service fee via my Qwest telephone statement for "something" from Headwind Media. I have NEVER heard of this company, nor subscribed to ANY service. I disputed the charge through my Credit card company as it is an "auto-pay" account and they deducted it. But Qwest will not take any action - despite the fact that they process the charges. Now I have been billed again!
I will resort to calling this fraudulent company (their website cannot even be viewed online!) to try to settle this bothersome nuisance. I truly resent this waste of my time and energy and they will NEVER be paid by me!
