Pro Steam Carpet Care is owned by Martin Nawrocki a 27 year old Polish immigrant. He operates a shady carpet & upholstery cleaning company out of three addreses, 301 copiague pl, copiague, ny: 48 Island trail, mt sinia, ny and 213 shinnecock ave, mastic beach, ny in which his dba is registered.
I went into a parntership, handshake agreement, with him when he started his own business and he had been my helper and Stanley Steemer. But after working together for a short time I began to catch him stealing from customers homes, for example, he stole pain medications.
I was generating most of the leads and was suppose to get one third of everything and one third went to him and the other one third was suppose to go back into the business. However he refused to pay me my share and said he was paying bills. Well he did not.in fact I found out he was spending it on drugs.
In the beginning he told me he was insured and his business cards said licensed and insured. Well he was not. We landed a commercial account and he told me if we did the job he would purchase the insurance/workmens comp with the money we would get from the job by borrowing the money and paying back. But he did not do this.
I confronted him about not paying me and he said for me to go back on my own. I found out he stole notebooks of my customer lists and found out my e-mail passwords. He was than stealing my internet leads from my e-mail account. He than began e-mailing me threats that he was going to assault me and my family. I never took his threats seriously because when he was confronted he denied everything!!!
I also found out that he robbed most of his equipment and carpet cleaning chemicals from Stanley Steemer in Deer Park, NY.
I also found out that he does not even have a driver's license. Before learning of this I refused many times to get into the truck with him because he had been drinking or was high.
He advertises also under the name reliable carpet and painting on long island. He does not know how to paint. He is dangerous in the work place. One time when he was high he crashed a high speed buffer into a wall because he attempted to operate it without lowering the handle to control it, he caused severe damage to a doctor's office.
