While a customer, this company rarely if ever returned emails and/or phone calls regarding incorrect billing or faulty charges.
I closed my account September. I've since then received two seperate bills for services never rendered. (weedeating/mowing)
I called/emailed, never heard back.
Just got a notice that they turned me into collections for theft. Once again, no one will answer calls or emails.
I've reported Top to Bottom Lawn & Tree to the BBB.
Don't use this service-they'll disregard your attempts at contacting them and they'll refuse to close your account while automatically charging you for services you are no longer signed up for.
