Tye sloniker is well known for the telemarketing scam he and his brother got busted for a while back. His brother is currently finishing his 8 year prison term for it and tye is on federal probation. Tye likes to use the name Tyler Swanson to prevent people of knowing his past. He claims to do business better now but in reality he is still the snake he was before. He is out for him self and his money and does not care about anything else.
I worked for tye at a company called Local Ads By Design (report coming soon). He promsed we would all make a lot of money selling internet advertising. He got tired of his business partners controlling him so he and I started a business together. Worst mistake I ever made. He only put effort into making him self money instead of doing what he needed to do on his part to ensure both aspects of the business were covered (tye's website design, my social media marketing).
We were suppose to be partners but when ever I would talk about getting clients for social marketing as well as websites he always said "we'll get to that". Finally after many meaningless hours of research and work put in on my part he allowed me to start getting clients. I got a few and he talked to them to set up a follow up call to talk about pricing. When it came time to do the follow up calls he was too busy partying to do it and kept putting it off.
He later told me he was thinking about doing an affiliate program with Scott Murray the now owner of Local Ads By Design. I was all for it because I figured it would bring in some extra cash and help get our business rolling. We started talking to more potential clients and getting things going then out of no where he tells me he is pulling the plug on the business to work for Local Ads By Design again. He also told me I could run the business now. But when he left he took everything, clients, leads, the website, and the site builder.
He is using all of what he took to work with Local Ads By Design and make him self money, thus leaving me out to dry. He knows my situation with my new born that just arrived and that I was entitled to half the company he just doesnt care. He is a bad business partner and if you ever plan to work for/with him I hope you do not plan on making any money. I invested almost all my time into working with him and did not make a dime.
He also plans to work with his brother Harvey Sloniker jr. When he is released from prison. Something tells me this will turn into another scam.
