I too am very unhappy with Timber Lodge. I would like to relinquish my campground membership but unable to do so. Mr. Jerde considers those who want to terminate their contracts as "deadbeats" who are trying to get out of their bills as evidenced by his responses. As with most services telephone, rent, housing, etc., contracts can be terminated with appropriate notices however, Mr. Jerde through Timber Lodge, will not release anyone from a contract in a fair and reasonable manner.
