I had made payment arraignments for my truck they still sent to the auction. Credit Acceptance kept saying something about the type of contract that I signed and that they had the right to send it to the auction. Now all I want is my vehicle back and something legal done about these people. They say that they are helping people rebuild their credit but that is a lie. They are doing more harm than good. It is best to simply not use these people they in all honesty need to be put out of business. They are not helping the economy now they are doing more harm than good. If there is anyone wanting to take these people to court then I am in. The more of us that band together maybe we as consumers not be swindled. I call this a scam in so many ways.
