I am currently stuck working with this company! I am receiving Calls from Mervyns and being sued by capital one! I leave messages once a week and no one is returning my call! I work so unfortunately can only take calls between 1:00 -1:30 P.M. Pacific time I leave this in the message and still no one calls!!! But boy are they taking my money every month!!! I just want to know that they are taking care of me for what I am paying for!!! Why am I being sued for a debt they are supposedly settling, have they even been in contact who knows they aren't retuning my calls!!!
