Cdg fundraising
I am a past employee there and i have not recieved a w2 form form them. When i call the w2 hotline i discover that their phone line has been disconnected

I worked for cdg in the year of 2009. I resigned because the company was slowly decreasing my pay due to no fault of my own. Upon my departure i informed them of my forwarding address and was provided with a w2 hotline phone number. I recently called this # and found that it had been disconnected and that the office had closed. Now i have no way of filing my taxes.
