BEWARE: Ordered 30-day
RISK FREE trial of Acai Berry Detox, Paid 99 cents for shipping the trial as advertised. After almost two weeks passed, I received the bottle of berries with a flyer enclosed in the box and nothing else (no receipt or shipping info). Then 2 days later, $89 was charged to my credit card from this same company! I called the 800 number on the flyer and was told by their customer service lady that it explains at the bottom of the web site in "fine print" that I have 17-days from the date I called in the order to cancel, or they charge for a full
order. Went to site, NO SUCH CLAIM ANYWHERE on the web site (I have a screen shot of the site I can include). When I told her this, the lady said the site was recently
updated. She refused to give me a credit! Then I went to the web site and found the Return policy. I called and was given a RMA number to return the product, but only have a few days to do so, since it took two weeks for the product to be delivered.
