Dennis Robbins, Owner Misconduct of Service Rendered and Not Authorized

I noticed my car was loosing coolant and I was told I may be having trouble with my head gaskets. I took my car to Midas to be checked. The manager, Bob Ostercamp, told me all I needed was a coolant flush. I let the company perform the coolant flush and the car seemed fine. I drove the car a few days later and it overheated. I returned the car to Midas and they were to replace the head gaskets. They ordered the wrong parts twice and ruined the whole system. They expect for me to pay for their mistakes. To this day the car is in parts, and the manager and a co-worker have been very rude and loud talking me in my face, holding tools close to my face and hands to my face. I was afraid to return to the shop, so I took a policeman with me to get my car. They will not return my car to me unless I pay 3,800 dollars. This is highway robberry. I also believe that they have ruined my car. I have spoken to the owner, Dennis Robbins, who I have been told is a lawyer, and he asked if I would pay the original quote of 2,400 dollars would that be okay. Upon agreeing to that he says no I think you should pay the full cost, since I am providing you with a rental until we repair your car. I feel that I should not have to pay for their mistakes. They have altered paperwork to say that I asked for a coolant flush, when I came to them to tell me what is wrong with my car. This is very upsetting to me because I did not authorize any of the work.
