I have been a victim of it.
Later after payment. They donot respond properly. After a long struggle. I have to report to paypal to get my refund.
When I keep calling on the phone one guys picks up and does not know what he is talking and Does not understand what I want. The downtime of the server is too much.
They Donot even respond. Sent a few mails but No response.
Be aware. Once again.
Try to call on their customer Service number 1 209 201 0164 US Number. I bet No one Picks Up. Goes to Voice mail. No one responds.
