I am a 57 yr old male on prostate medication, I have a issue with my ability to urinate. I work as a delivery man of frozen foods. I stopped in to the burger king on brookhurst and westminister to have lunch and wash up. Before lunch, which I do every day, addiontally I have never been refused for the same request, I can tell you that I will never ever recomend or give you my business. I asked the man at the counter, that I needed to use the restroom, he said that I had to give him money to use the restroom. I explained that I had a emergency... He said again that I had to buy something first... I then started to urinate my pants... I can tell you that I was never so embarassed in my life. Over this ridiculous issue... I understand that the homeless probably cause issues... But I was wearing my companies uniform, clearly, identifying me as a working member of our society. This embarassed me to no end, I had to re schedule my deliveries for later times, causing who knows what damages to my custormers. And their menus... I deliver fresh fish and red meats... But because I had to go all the way home, and change my under garments. And long pants and shirt... And not to mention my meal... I am a diabetic, that has to check my blood level, eat at reliable times, take my metformin on a timely manner... I really didnt need this stress added to my day, by this bonehead mgr... That doesnt know the meaning of flexible dicesion making, sorry bout the spelling, but I am so upset by this, its two days later and it has taken me till now to get the abilty to communicate this complaint to the "decision making" the people that invented " do it my way"... Statments... Clearly, I am seeking an apology, the cleaning fees of my trousers and shirts, the gas cost of going all the way home to change, Fees to cover the loss business suffered because of late deliveries... I better hear from you promptly, if not, I will go to embaressment central... That means, I will go to the top... You can count on it... Steven Knapp, when a serior citizen is treated with this type of treatment, whats next?...
