Send me all BAD dvds of a whole collection series... So they replaced them, but AGAIN there was so many episodes I couldn't watch at all and they wont respond to me any more

I bought every series of Growing Pains in one Collection for $112.00... ALL of them were unwatchable... Nothing but constant freeze... So they replaced them, but still there are so MANY episodes I cannot watch at all... And now they wont respond to me... Lisa Pennington was the one who communicated with me but then stopped.
