I was a new business owner and needed someone to take care of my advertising needs and I found Pat Craddock with the American Classifieds in Johnson City TN. She gave me all the hope in the world that she would do everything she could to help me with my advertising needs. She ran ads in other networks that I was not familiar with. I understand that you need to mark up your price in order for it to be worth the time and effert... But was I found out was that some ads were not even being ran when I checked and that she was almost doubling the price of the network fees for the advertising. She told me that she had to mark up her fees by 30% for her to make a profit. I agreed to that, but when I found out that she was almost doubling it I was furious. I called and confronted her and I figure that she over charged me by at least $5000 over time, I really think it was more!!! She sent me emails stating that she would give me back some of the money but it would be a little while because she did not have it... She said. I can give you $895 and that is it. Well I agreed since it would be better than nothing... To this day I still have not recieved any payments from her. If I had known about chargebacks... I would have done it then but it was too late... I still have the emails she sent me stating should would at least give me back some of the money. I might just take her to court...
