I have been with the same cable company for over 30 years. Staying loyal through all of the company changes. Never a late payment. However the last
several months has been a nightmare. I have had
many cable boxes the last year. All of whom have been a problem. I finally got a box with a DVR and the box worked great. I have never used the DVR and was being charged 10 dollars monthly extra.
I was told that I had to change to another box in order to not be charged extra. I did this and had to go back to the office three times in the last few
months. I had a problem again today and spoke to six different technicians in many countries. Not one was able to help me with the problem. When I would ask to speak to a supervisor I was told they couldn't connect me to one. Some were
rude most were stupid. I finally got a supervisor in the Hollywood office after begging to speak to one after being on the phone 90 minutes. His name was Charles McClellan after being on the
phone 35 minutes doing all the same things the inept technicians before him he sent a technician
to my home. I had been on the phone several hours by then. They sent Edwin Chavez tech #
6053. He fixed my problem in five minutes.
He not only fixed the t.V. He programed everything back the way it was before the other technicians had me pressing all the wrong buttons.

In view of the foregoing, I expect to be compensated for the months of misery.
