My material came in Nov. And I was told I would receive $100 on my work done, and the second came 21 days later, and I was told I would receive $600. Because I had not received my first check, I sent a registered letter asking if there was a misunderstanding, and gave them my address where the check was to be sent. I have called, but they have only an answering machine. I have tried e-mail, and it is not recognized. Mr. Palermo may think he is business is legitimate, but if he can't respond to his mail, or have someone respond for him, he needs a wakeup call.
