EWW My Savings Club
Www my travel club scam, fraud, thieves, bullies

I was initially contacted on November 30 via telephone by someone from these companies. I was told I would receive three separate gift cards, each worth over $100 in the mail, which I would only have to pay shipping and handling of $5.95, $5.95, and $4.95 for. I would also receive a (10) ten day free trial offer for what I am not exactly sure. The gift cards were the only thing really explained in this conversation. The gentleman who called me talked quickly and was very aggressive. I admit that I do not know what the free trial period was for, and should have asked for clarification from this company. However, I did not, and was duped into saying yes by a fast talking salesman. I was given a website, the user name ROYAL and the password was my telephone number. I initially tried logging into this website and the username and password did not work. I do not have the name of the website anymore, as I have thrown it away by accident, however, I do remember that it was not the mysavingsclub.Us.com website. I had no way of contacting the company back since I was to wait to receive some information in the mail to contact them. This (10) ten day trial offer would have began on November 30th, giving me until December 10th to cancel, or December 9th, depending on which day they began counting. The charges applied to my account were processed on December 8th, and posted on December 9th, one to two days earlier than my 10 day trial period. The shipping and handling charges were charged to my account on December 4th. Since I was waiting for the information in the mail, I did think to look at my statement until the 10 days had passed and I had still not received anything in the mail. I initially contacted the phone numbers on my statements on December 8th, the day the charges for $29.95 appeared on my account. The phone numbers I initially tried calling are 1-866-389-9217, and 1-866-389-9216. At the time, these phone numbers were an answering service that stated Currently inactive please leave a message and your call will be returned. I left several messages that were not returned. The same day, December 8th, I called my credit card company, I spoke with a customer service representative about these charges, she explained to me that we have been receiving several calls about this company; I do not understand their business policies. She told me she would place a refund on these charges and that I should cancel mycredit cards and have new ones issued to me so I would not get any more charges applied to my account. I did as she suggested. I was initially issued a refund for $29.95 on December 8th and it posted to my account on December 28th. However, that credit has since been recharged to my account. When I askedmy credit card companywhy the initial charge was reversed, they said it was an accident however, I believe this refund was no accident, it was a reversal of a fee that I should not have been charged by the only honest person over there at my credit card compnay. How comemy credit cardrepresentatives are telling their customers that this other company, this affiliate withthem, has bad business practices and that they do not explain enough to their consumers? Also, the shipping charges of $5.95, $5.95, and $4.95 were reversed to me. If this business practices are legitimate, how come they were reversed? How come the higher amounts are not being reversed also? Is it becausemy credit cardpractices are just as shady and corrupt? If you think about it, if this company gets 20 dupes a month like me, and they lose all of $21.00 for each in shipping charges, but the $60.00 in service fees are still applied, that is $1200.00 that they made and are able to STEAL from consumers like me who are too nice not to hang up on someone!!! I have also done extensive googleing of this company, only to find several complaints against them from other consumers who have been ripped off! I found complaints on on usacomplaints.com and. This company is a SCAM!!! Now, in regards to EWW My savings/travel club. I did not ever receive any product in the mail, to this day I have received nothing. I went on to place a complaint against them with the BBB on December 22nd.in my complaint I stated that they did not have good contact numbers and that they never sent any of the products they claimed to be mailing to me. The phone numbers that I innitially called still say inactive, however, you can now be placed on hold and contact someone. The BBB has contacted EWW, and they have contacted me, saying they are unable to reverse these charges since I have placed a dispute on them with my credit card company. On January 5th I called and spoke with the dispute department at my credit card company, explaining to them my inability to call and cancel with EWW. The person I spoke to gave me these alternate phone numbers: 1-866-967-8187 and 1-866-389-9216, along with this web address www.mysavingsclub.Us.com so that I could print a copy of the cancellation policy and send it to them. On January 6th I sent EWWs cancellation policy to my credit card company. Since I was unable to contact this company directly, having no phone numbers except those provided on my billing statement, and having NOT received anything by mail, I do not believe I am responsible for these charges. On January 10th I contacted EWW directly and I was told that they are dealing directly withthe credit card companysince the charges are being disputed. They also reiterated that I was responsible for the charges, regardless if I received anything in the mail or not. I tried to explain that I didnt get anything and that I had reported them to the better business bureau and they were uncooperative in helping me to resolve this issue. This is a "detailed" letter sent to my credit card company. I am still trying to get my money back.
