This is a report/complaint against Allstate Group Builders (Esteban "Steve" Gomez) and Ruben Trejo. The house was located at 3909 S.M. St. Mcallen, TX 78503, LOT 50, Paseo Del Lago, Hidlago County. We found out about this individual through Ruben Trejo located in Spring, Tx and now currently residing in Conroe, TX in an area called Harpers Landing. Ruben claimed he got connected with Mr. Gomez through his brother Jugo at a BMW dealership a couple of years ago in Mcallen, TX. We went through with this builder/contractor because my brother n law Ruben Trejo said Mr. Gomez was legitimate and Mr. Alonzo Cantu had allowed him to build on his lots. My original plan was to locate to Mcallen, Texas but with the building phase taking extremely long and with my life changes, we decided to roll it into an investment property. Esteban Gomez through the entire building phase assured us that the house was coming along great and that proper measures were in effect for the completion phase as planned.
