I called customer support to ask about a new service (postseason. Tv) that was being offered. Not only did the service rep not have any information to answer my question, when I pressed her to speak to someone else there who might know the answer, she disconnected my call. I went to their online support form to submit the same question. No response as of a week later. And the auto-responder has the gall to say, "Your experience is important to us!
Major League Baseball will review your email and get back to you very soon." Like #$%! @ they will.
