Your consideration was positioned on store, which we found on the sunday day just since our card was refused in a cafe. After 45min on-hold with customer support consultant, we got no aid. They did not understand why it had been on-hold also it appeared as if we nevertheless had all our profit our consideration (despite the fact that the automatic data we noticed first was that people were 800$ overdrawn). Therefore we got advised to contact Risk-Management. After being initial disonnected with initial representative, and delivered to a voicemail which was defunct (after being informed she would assist me) with a second representative. I named Risk-Management a third-time. This consultant was good, although not anymore useful than other people. He couldn't reveal why our consideration was on-hold, just who made it happen. Which she, this 1 of tens and thousands of workers at Bank of America, was THE ONLY REAL individual who might consider that postpone. And she wasn't back at the office until Friday! I had been also informed that there is noone else who may help me. That there have been no supervisors there all weekend, and boss would inform me the same! Essentially I had been being informed that there is practically nothing they might do for that next 48hours. We were being punished, being totally stop from our resources, our cash, our consideration, for 48hours, without any clarification, for NO cause! This really is therefore absurd, therefore unnacceptable I had been virtually in holes from the period I acquired off the telephone 2 hours later.
