I requested Characteris Acai Berries on 2/13/09. I acquired it at my house on 2/26/09. I named to stop my consideration on 2/27, but couldn't cope with on the telephone lines. I tried again on 2/28 but still couldn't cope with (after being on-hold for 35 minutes!). I eventually got on owner on 3/3 and he or she did not I would like to speak. She stated these were hectic and somebody might contact me in 24-48 hours. Nobody named me and so I named again on 3/5 and terminated the consideration. I acquired my credit treatment statement today and YOU KNOW WHAT??? They charged me $79.96 since I did not contact them over time to stop my bill!!! I simply got off the telephone with Nancy Martinez, a "customer support boss" who informed me there is nothing she might do for me personally. I'm MAD!!! Aside from the undeniable fact that the acai berries did PRACTICALLY NOTHING for me personally except provide me a frustration! If you should be contemplating purchasing the product, DO NOT! It's only a FRAUD!
