I used the atm machinme at Bills Gambling Hall in Las vegas. The machine was owned by Global Cash access. I attempted to take out 300.00 and although the machine stated the transaction was complete no money was isssued. I attempted it again, and again it said transaction complete although no cash was given. I monitored the atm while my sister went to the cage manager. They said they had no liablility over the machine and gave her the business card for Global Cash Access. I called my bank and the withdrawls were made even though I received no cash. I called Global Cash Access and sopke with a man who claimed he could not find the transaction and for me to settle it with my bank. They were not apologetic and made me feel very uneasy about ever getting my money back. I am still waiting to hear from the banks dispute department regarding the transactions. I will not use these atms again.
