"KWIC-CLAIM" ripoff by advertising for employment VAN NUYS

To whom it may concern:

Please someone let me know how can I get money back ($400) from purchasing the product "KWIC-CLAIM", sold by MEDICOR, L.L.C. Using their "dirty trick" adverting on PenySaver, Employment Section, in Vista, California. This software never can load on my computer, I had called for help but nothing made me to start the service as written in the advertising, I quit to call at last. I almost give up but I found this website.

Your help is appreciated. I want my money back from the RIP-OFF.
