State of South Carolina Commissioners Bureau of Registration I was sent a notification of a prize worth $3,276, 450.00

I received a letter in the mail today from the state of south carolina commissioners of registration stating that it was urgent notice. It said that "this is a prize report claim for $3,276, 450.00". The letter has two fake seals to an attempt to make it look official. What got me is they requested that i send $20.00 in order to receive $3,276, 450.00. Take the $20.00 out of my winnings and send me the rest of my prize if it is real... Lol this is a scam if i have ever seen one.

It is something how some people do scams like these to take advantage of people who are not so observant and will send the money to these scammers. Scammers get a job!!!
