On my bank statement a charge of $19.95 from UniGuardMembership. I called 877-890-1250.

Steven, agent number 126, answered the call. This is a customer service number for several companies. He danced around about representing UniGuardMembership.

I will receive the $19.95 in the form of a check. It is amazing how fast they give you your money back.
