First of all the house was sued for and nothing was done from day on to act as a receiver, they let the person in the house pay for everything. Then when the won they were told about every latent defect in the house. They tried to sell the house and did 9 appraisals. Beware of this house, i believe it is haunted as well. Many people have said they have had wierd vibes while inside.
