I had a long conversation with 2 doctors today who had similar stories to tell about how Pam and Richard Davis, aka Advantage Claims Recovery Group had committed mail fraud against them. The California doctor told me that Pam Davis had her sign a postal mailbox form so that Davis could open a P.O. Box allegedly to rebill insurance companies on the doctors behalf. The ACRG form stated The PMB is used only for the files we are working for you. Pam Davis, Advantage owner violated this promise. The doctor was shocked to discover that Pam Davis had forged her name on a U.S. Post Office Forwarding Form and had instructed the Postal Service to forward ALL OF THE DOCTORS MAIL TO DAVIS!!! Pam Davis would then receive and open all of the doctors mail, keeping the insurance checks and disposing of the rest of the doctors mail! Doctors from across the country have told me and my organization the same story and have sent us the verifying documents, therefore it is clear that Pam Davis is stealing thousands of doctors mail (and money) without their knowledge.
