There needs to be an investigation of the Wachovia banking practices. They literaly are stealing their customers money and are getting away with it.
They concocted their so called "system" to shuffle the customers' transactions any way that's convenient to them in order to collect the overdraft fees and placed the bully "representatives" to deal with the customer calls and complaints. What they do is they put transactions in order to extort their customers money regardless when these transaction occurred. As an example, they put 12/22 transaction ahead of 12/17 transaction in order to overdraft all subsequent transactions and collect their fees. And, they are getting away with it. Please, investigate Wachovia practices.
