I met Joe DeLaGarza when he was selling cars in Kissimmee, Fl. A smooth talking man from Brownsville, TX. He has family in St. Cloud, Fl and Kissimmee, Fl.
We were newly acquainted and he was a "fast talking slick liar" with a "line of bull". He talked of moving back to Kissimmee after going back and forth between Fl and TX.
He wanted to borrow money for a deposit on an apartment. I agreed to lend him $200 till the end of the week. He went with me to the bank ATM in the evening. We had one date after that evening... I never saw the money... And I confronted him one time on the car lot where he worked. He "promised" to pay me back.
He OF COURSE never had any intention of paying the money back to a woman who was a single-parent with the belief that he was a decent man.
There will always be men that women should NEVER trust. Joe DeLaGarza is on the top of the list!
