I was called on my cell phone by a man with a strong foreign accent stating that if i didn't pay 500.00, i was going to be sued in the amount of 5000 but the company for fraudent activityd internet

I rec;d a call from a man with a strong foreign accent stating that i owed 500.00. When i asked for what he said for a pay day loan from back in jan 09. Iknow i havenever had a pay day loan that was not paid. I asked him to verify and send to me in writing something that proves it was my loan. He aburptly got off the phone and stated i will owe 5000 incourt costs and be charged with deposit accouint fraud then hung up on me. I called him back asking for his address so my lawyer could sent correspondance and he again got off the phone saying he would see me in court.
