Within the last 6.5 weeks my condo continues to be flooded twice. 1) one-week just before Christmas a heated water heater explodes and wound up flooding my wardrobe and 2/3 of my room. At 12 night I informed maintenance guy and he stated nothing was incorrect. He stated it had been water from ideal reduction on-roof also it couldn't be solved till the next evening. 2am I informed him the water was arriving too quick and constant price for this to become snow-related. Along with that it had been also cool of heat for that ideal to become burning. However nothing was completed. I'm subsequently compelled to remove water from rug since I'd previously cleaned 10 lots of washing from taking in water with covers, sheets, etc. I did so this through the night long.in A.M. I'm subsequently informed by maintenance guy that the personis heated water heater exploed and selected my condo to strain into. I had been not repaid for that water use associated with washing or was I repaid for resources/energy use. 2) 12/9/09 I was contacted @ 4pm on phone that a water pipe broke and my apartment was once again under water. They explained a rug guy could be within 2 hours. The rug guy didn't do lift!!! I still needed to hire a rug cleaner and cleanup where the rug guy failed. No body cleaned-up the water encompassing the light within the ceiling. No one bothered to get rid of the water surrounding electrical heated water heater hence putting me in electric risk. No body bothered to pay me for that cleansing that I'd to do along with the 3 lots of washing from taking in extra water. At 8:30 pm I named the preservation guyis mobile phone and quit a voice-mail warning him of the ceiling lighting and also the look to be prepared to drop out of roof. No response was obtained. I nogividc ghd office environment at 11am but still no body indicates up however out-of any problem for my wellness.
To begin with the condo complex must have never been exposed for company until correct efficiency have been mounted to avoid water-pipes from cold in winter months. Next, There must have been some type of hurdle (s) occur spot to avoid loss of water in one condo into another. But, no, nobody considers the customer and their belongings that are being destroyed. All of the management people want is the money for the area. That is wrong!!!
