American Services employed us to make an air conditioning repair at a store in our local mall. This request was made on a Saturday and our overtime rate was verbally agreed to. A confirming fax was never recieved with the correct billing address. We had severed all ties with this company earlier in the year.
When payment was recieved it only covered 1/4 of the invoice. American Services states that is all they are going to pay.
They have made up their own system of billing, then they take discount beyond discount and then a final discount when cutting the check (which takes more than 90 days)
This company should not be in business. They hurt the small businesses they employ with intent to scam. They are rude on the phone and have no problem hanging up on anyone.
