Employees are required to work 40 hours a week. Employees only got paid flag time. Dan Gamel's of Anderson is supposed to pay a flat rate of 4 hours a day plus the flagged hours. My Husband worked 80 hours, flagged 31 hours (horrible week!) and only got paid for 31 hours! What happened to the 80 hours?
Not only do they do false advertisement by saying they are going out of business just to make sales-they rip off their employees!
