If you type in a search (Yahoo are Google) for "Florida Sponge Company-Reviews and Info".. It explains my position totally. Theres 28 reviews there, and every victim like myself, never received their purchase. Your credit card is accessed immediately! They even have Paypal. You will never get a confirmation# are shipping info. They will not answer email inquirys are calls.
Like many of the other victims in the reviews-their Website is huge and very impressive and until you receive nothing from them-you don't look at the reviews until too late. They have an "F" rating with the BBB in Pinellas, FL. They also do business internationally-which is impressive. I can only imagine the enormous money that comes in daily to them but they never send their product back to you. This is pure Criminal Fraud.
Some of the reviews go back to 2005! And their still on the Web selling their bogus wares? Why? If they were taken off the Internet it could save so many innocent people from this money scam. Please-someone... Close down and put these people in prison where they belong.
I have filed complaints with Paypal. But as one victim said-they wait till the 45 days expire and you can do nothing. I have filed complaints with IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) a division of the FBI and awaiting a result. I have filed complaints with Yahoo Shoping awaiting their results. A complaint with the Penellis Park BBB. They are putting a black mark on Web shopping but are still on these sites as we speak and making untold amounts of money.
I hope this saves many many people from the Internet scam and someone will come forward to legally put an end to this scam in the beautiful state of Florida.
