Benny Rodriguez came and tore apart the unit I rented along with Edward Voit that was subsidized by the County of Santa Clara Housing Authority. He left it in that manner for almost a year until the housing inspector was to return for a yearly inspection and then did just enough work to get the unit to pass for his friend Edward Voit so Voit could continue to collect tax payers funds while having me live in substandard housing that was never up to code from the day I moved in until the day I moved out. Saying all of this to say that it is now clear as a bell why he did what he did at that time. He was busy with one of the other complaints on this site during that time span. He recieved a criminal charge of 484 b for his work on that project. He should have recieved one for the unit I rented from his friend Voit as well, and many other who for some reason are reluctant to come forward but should. Shame on the SCCHA inspector who appoved the unit in the first place and the last housing specialist who would not give me a transfer voucher to move as I have suffered greatly for it.
