Sun Pipe and Valve, LLC, (holding company shareholder, Enrique Collazo, Global Distribution Industries, Inc), to win more bids from private, governmental and municipal bids, than bids submitted by only one company. Products affected are Anvil, Victaulic, Grinnell among other fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical, underground pipe and valves. The true ownership is disguised as a result of the layered corporate structure of the holding co. An unfair advantage exists in conjunction with the original company A & B Pipe and Supply. The second company, Sun Pipe and Valve, LLC was cleverly disguised as being wholly owned by a shell company, Global Distribution Industries, Inc. Sun Pipe and Valve LLC enables the positioning of products above the level playing field which competitors work, regarding the bidding process of municipal, private and governmental bidding awards. The addition of the shell company allowed the shareholders of all companies to prosper from duplicated and seemingly separately submitted bids which are more likely to be won by company A or company B. Either way The mutual shareholders, including Enrique Collazo, of all companies: Sun Pipe & Valve and A&B Pipe and Supply, LLC wins when one of the two company's are awarded a purchasing bid. The bottom line is that the public loses a competitive environment as a result on one ultimate entity being in control of the bid proposals of two (seemingly separate) companies.
